This letter confirms on February 27, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-15 for the property addressed 303 South Dooley Street, legally described
as Block 106, lot 113, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Remove existing roof shingles and reroof the house and detached garage using IKO
class 4 asphalt performance shingles in "Olde Style Weatherwood" color;
as per the attached photo and specification sheet with the condition a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit 's7/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
