This letter confirms on March 2, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-16 for the property addressed 340 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 6C26, lot 2, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install a new projecting sign bracket for a new projecting sign;
2. Install a hanging blade sign for tenant - Brooke James Fine Artisan Jewelry,
aluminum 21" x 11" double sided;
as per the attached drawings, photos and specification sheet with the condition a permit
be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
