CT Pest Solutions LLC agrees to repair, retreat and/or replace, at its cost, any new subterranean termite damage to the treated structure(s) and its contents that has occurred during the term of this warranty. CT Pest Solutions LLC will not be responsible for any repair or replacement to areas that were not directly affected by termite damage nor will CT Pest Solutions LLC be responsible for any indirect expenses or any consequential damages relating to the presence of termites or their damage. This warranty does not apply to additions or alterations that are made by buyer which affects the original structure(s) or treatment(s). Examples include, but are not limited to, landscape and mulch alterations - which disturb the treated area(s) and create new subterranean termite hazards. Nor does it include structural area(s) that has/ have been affected by water damage - we must be notified and allowed the opportunity to retreat area(s) prior to Owner's completion of repairs. Plano TX 75093 CAISSON, LLC On March 6, 2024, 1 made the jobsite visit at the above project in Grapevine TX During the site visit, the existing wood material and components were observed and were inspected visually. Visual examination revealed that the wood is of high quality and free from visible defects such as cracks, splits, or decay. The woods ds and beams appear to be straight, with minimal warping or twisting, indicating its suitability for use in the construction of the project. All projects receiving approval from City Council for Conditional Use must go back for re-approval should exterior changes in the projects occur, such as: (a) Exterior materials (b) Wall locations (c) Traffic direction (d) Landscaping (e) Etc.
