Tarrant County, Texas, solicited bids on 2024-052, Annual Contract for Cold Milling Machine with Operator and Helper. Bids were submitted and based on evaluations by the Tarrant County, Texas Maintenance Precincts and Purchasing, TexOp Construction was awarded a contract. The contract was for an initial one-year period with two one-year renewal options. If approved, this will be the final renewal option. The Public Works Department and Purchasing reviewed the contract for specification compliance and pricing and determined that the contract would provide the best service and pricing for meeting the needs of the City. Staff recommends approval. KH/TM
