Fence portion A. Replace a 6-foot-tall wood fence with new 8-foot-tall fence, 112-feet- long on side of the rear yard with metal posts; 2. Fence portion B. Build a new portion of wood fence with metal posts, 6-feet-tall and 18-feet in length with a gate to the side of the house; 3. Fence portion C. Build a new black iron fence 6-feet-tall with a 12-foot-wide driveway gate and a 4-foot-wide passage gate; with the condition that a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certilicate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit ;,is�/ is not required. The attached survey (Exhibit A) shows the specific locations of the various fencing to be constructed. Specifically, the lengths drawn in green and identified as "A" and "B" will be constructed as "board on board" with cedar board material similar to the fence recently constructed on 416 W College Street, the residence of David and Dottie Watkins. Furthermore, the fencing will be stained the same color as the Watkins' fence, color to be determined. • Fence portion "A" is currently 112 feet of 6' tall unstained pine fencing in poor condition. The existing fencing will be removed and new 8' board on board cedar fencing will be constructed using the existing fence posts which will be extended by 2 feet in height. • Fence portion "B" will be a new 18' section and will be 6' in height with the finished boards facing W College Street as was done by the Watkins'. A passage gate will be included but will not be decorative. • Fence portion "C" will be black iron fencing of the same style, scale and construction of the iron fence installed at 319 E College Street (picture attached). It will be 6' in height and will have a 12' driveway gate and a 4' passage gate, also 6' In height.
