This letter confirms on March 13, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA26-21 for
the property addressed 212 East Franklin Street, legally described as Block 31, lot 1 C, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint the exterior of the Bushong House in a new color scheme as follows:
a. Body of the House - Sherwin Williams #SW 6244 "Naval";
b. Trim of the House - Sherwin Williams #SW 6203 "Spare White";
c. Accent on house including gable siding - Sherwin Williams #SW 2835 "Craftsman
Brown".
An approved Certific t f Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.41 . 165 for fees and information regarding permits.
