This letter confirms on January 31, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA17-10 for the property addressed 814 South Main Street,
legally known as Block 40 per Plat A-4794, Lipscomb & Daniel Addition, Grapevine,
Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-
temporary
ppropriateness:
temporary use permit for one day event on Tuesday, February 28, 2017
for temporary fencing to comply with city ordinance in height and required
exits;
to post along Dallas Road from the southwest corner of the Texas Star
Dinner Theater across to the southwest corner of the Chill Restaurant &
Bar building;
as per the attached drawing and diagram with the condition a permit is obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
