Below is a request for a review of the proposed location and setback of the generator enclosure. The area to locate the enclosure has two mature 36" oaks that limit its location. The site plan shows the proposed location for the generator and enclosure. The generator enclosure is a 14'-0" high masonry wall on all four (4) sides and measures 22'-0" x 34'-0" We reviewed the height of the enclosure wall with Mr. Triplett and he agreed that the height was appropriate to screen the generator since the generator is 13'-8" high. The set back from the property line to the enclosure is noted on the proposed drawing as 10'-5". This set back space of 10' is a utility right -of- way and the back of parking curb dimension. We would appreciate your input so that we may proceed with a "site plan submittal".
