following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing roof shingles and replace with GAF 30 -year
composition shingles with weathered wood color-,
2. Repair exterior siding as needed, replace as necessary with siding to
match existing-,
3. Repaint exterior of house in new paint color scheme: Sherwin-Williams
#SW 7006 "Extra White" — Trim and #SW 2821 "Downing Stone" — body
of the house,
as per the attached roof sample sheet and paint cards with the condition a permit is
