w ith conditions #CA1 7-14 for the property addressed 421 South Main Street,

following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriatene
1. Install new tenant sign on front wall of building above entranceway;
2. Install new projecting sign on wall pilaster to the left of the
entranceway, above the metal awning;
3. Install two
IMAM: lights above wall sign on front of building;
4. Install two metal wall sconce light fixtures, one at each side of existing
entrance doorway,
5. Paint color for light fixtures and front door: Sherwin-Williams Custom
Match "Darkest Green" to match logo color,
as per the attached sign drawings, specifications, photograph and paint card with
the condition permits are obtained from the Building Department.
