This letter confirms on February 6, 2017 Historic Preservation staff a,pproved
with conditions #CA17-16 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street,
Suite 210, legally known as Block 1 Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Building
Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
For a projection metal sign three (3) feet wide by three (3) feet high,
with a nine inch drop, to read Edward Jones INVESTMENTS in white
letters on dark green;
as per the attached drawings and diagram with the conditions:
1) Painted metal with no vinyl or applique; and
2) a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certifficate of Appropriateness is not an approved Buildiong
Perml"t and a perm"It is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
