Hi Eric-can you please add some addl info? When we did this last(never?),how often it should be done,
how long it will take etc? I know you are doing a[presentation but it is helpful for some ko0re info to be in
Ip the memo as well for the people at home that may not be able to watch the meeting or for the council
members to answer questions in advance..You can just add that back and reassign to me,please.
