This letter confirms on February 10:, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
wIII; ns #CA1 7-19 for the property addressed 846 East Wall Street, legally
described as Block 5, Lot 8, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness. -
1. Repair existing foundation;
2. Repair and repoint brick as necessary on exterior of house;
3. Remove existing roof shingles and replace with composition shingles il
charcoal color;
4. Remove overlay vinyl siding and restore original wood siding, repair an(
replace original #105 siding as necessary to match existing siding;
5. Remove vinyl soffit siding and restore original exposed roof rafter tails
repair or replace wood as necessary-,
6. Install raised panel wood shutters on existing windows front, east an(
west sides of the brick portion of house;
7. Repaint exterior wood on house in new paint color scheme: Front Doo
— pale green; Wood siding — robin egg blue; Soffits and eave trim -
bright white;
