E. Box Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. to remove the window from the rear wall of the back bedroom, with existing windows remaining of two windows on the east wall and one on the north wall; 2. remove the back window on the west wall to become the master bedroom bath area, window on the south wall of master bath will remain; 3. remove the door from east entrance on front porch to the north wall to face out on Wall Street; and 4. add rear entry door to kitchen to access the rear yard; as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit(s) is obtained from the Building Department.
