The Public Works Engineering Division 181 7- 410-3143) is responsible for the storm water drainage design and specifications for lot and pool. Environmental Services will conduct a field inspection to compare and evaluate the "as -built" site against the plan and specifications If the prgject is not built in accordance with the plans and specifications it will be denied and "RED -TAGGED.- The "RED -TAG" shall serve as a Notice of Violation (NOV) and the Responsible Party shall have 48 hours to address the concerns. A second "Recall" inspection will be conducted after 48 hours or sooner at the request of the Responsible Party. If the site is in compliance a "GREEN -TAG- will be issued and the site will be released,approved. If the site is "RED -TAGGED" for the second time a written NOV will be issued and the Responsible Party will be charged a fee.
