Attached is a CA for our primary residence at 525 E Worth Street. You and Kayce were kind enough to walk the space with me a couple of years ago when we were exploring an expansion of the garage to create additional living space. Due to the building -to -land coverage limitations within the P&Z ordinance, that option ultimately wasn't feasible. As an alternative, we're now looking at enclosing the side patio, space we don't utilize as often as we could. Since it's already on an existing slab and covered by the current roofline, the primary modification would be relocating the sliding doors from the east side of the patio to the west side. The goal is to create a comfortable solarium - style space for reading or watching television. I'll drop off hard copies at the CVB building this afternoon, but wanted to share this with you in advance as well.
