SUBJECT: UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS GRAPEVINE LAKE
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FEE
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider approval of the payment of the Grapevine Lake
operation and maintenance fee to the US Army Corps of Engineers.
FUNDING SOURCE: Funds are available in the Utility Enterprise Fund in an estimated amount
of$80,614.88
BACKGROUND: The operations and maintenance fee is an annual required fee from the
US Army Corps of Engineers (USCOE) for the operation, repairs, and
maintenance of the Grapevine Lake reservoir.
Staff recommends approval.
