All such equipment shall be screened from public view. o All requirements of the City of Grapevine soil erosion control ordinance shall be met during the period of construction. • Add the following purpose statement: o The purpose of BZA26-05 is for a special exception request to allow a residential dwelling to remain as developed with a 1-foot encroachment into the required west side yard setback for the existing dwelling and to allow a building expansion for an attached garage, and a special exception to allow less the 50% of landscaping area in the front yard setback.
