This letter confirms on April 29, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-26 for the property addressed 846 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 8, Lot 7, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
Replace existing wood fence on rear property line with 8'-0" tall board on board
cedar fence and galvanized steel posts
As per the submitted application and photos with the condition that a Permit is obtained from
the City of Grapevine Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
