This letter confirms on February 22, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA17-24 for the property addressed 318 East Worth Street, legally
known as Block 33 Lot E60'2-W15'E75'N118'2, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine,
Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. to construct a board on board Western Red Cedar wood fence and trim;
with metal posts concealed with matching wood; and brown oil based stain;
2. of six (6) feet and eight (8) feet height
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit(s) is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permitA77-410-3165
/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at for information regarding permits.
