This letter confirms on March 01, 2017 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA17-29 for the property addressed 411 South Main Street, legally
described as Block: 5 Lot: 5 & 6, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) For an exterior wall sign of aluminum, 96 inches wide by 48 inches
high, with gold and white lettering on a dark background to read
"Cabinet Savie Sales Design Delivery Installation", to be painted
metal with no vinyl or applique;
2) A protruding 36 inches deep bracket with hanging sign of aluminum, the
sign 24 inches wide by 18 inches high with gold and white lettering on a
dark background to read "Cabinet Savie"with 84 inches clearance
above sidewalk, to be painted metal with no vinyl or applique: and
as per the attached plan with the condition(s) to use painted metal only with no
vinyl or applique and a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
A Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
