This letter confirms on March 2, 20,17 Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA17-31 for the property addressed 721 West College Street,
legally known as Abstract.- 518 Tract: 1 OD, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. , Construct a new 6 foot high wood privacy fence with 3 foot wide wood gate,
using dog-eared pickets, wood rails and metal posts, to be boxed in with
wood, on the west side of the rear yard;
2. Construct a new 4 foot high chain link fence with a 8 foot wide chain link
metal gate on the east side of the rear yard;
as per the attached plans with the condition a permit(s) is obtained from the Building
Department.
