Pictures of the trees that will be removed are a ached to this email. There is also an addi onal photo of a tree that has since fallen onto a homeowner’s fence. There are three bids a ached to this email. One bid is to remove all five dead or dying trees. The second bid is to plant 3 brand new trees, with them being planted in the exact loca ons where three of the five removed trees were located. The third bid is to remove two trees from homeowners’ front yards within Tillery Commons. These homeowners are both board members, and they have agreed to donate their trees to the common area. Those two trees will be relocated from their front yards to replace the final two dead or dying trees being removed from the common area. This will help save the associa on funds. The two board members dona ng their trees to the common area will each be paying to have brand new trees installed in their own front yards. This arrangement is also beneficial to them, as their front yards are very small, and the current trees pose a significant risk of causing driveway and plumbing damage. 5 Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any ques ons and I will gladly answer them or obtain any addi onal informa on you need.
