Please accept this letter as a formal request to withdraw the previous submittal for case CU26-04.
At this time, we would like to discontinue processing of the current application and move
forward at a different location.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CU26 -04; North Texas Performing Arts - submitted by Kelly
McDowell with North Texas Performing Arts Southlake for property located at 2550 SW
Grapevine Parkway, Suite B, platted as Block 1, Lot 2R3, Southwest Grapevine
Commercial Park. The applicant is req uesting a conditional use permit to allow a non -
profit performing arts theater within an existing suite space in a multi -tenant office
building. The property is zoned “CC”, Community Commercial District and is owned by
Grapevine MLE, L LC.

Dimensional Control Site Plan
• PS5. A current sign and seal is required from a registered architect, engineer, or
surveyor
• PS6. Remove the notes, notes addressing schedule b exceptions, and description or
property surveyed. Make the plan larger to be clearly legible when printed on 11x17
• PS7. Add site plan and landscape plan standard notes
• PS9. Provide site plan summary data table
• PS10. Re-orient the plan to have north towards the top of the page
• PS11. Label landscaped areas on the plan. This can be with color, hatching, etc.
• PS12. Label main entrance to the suite
• PS13. Revise adjacent property to Lot 1R3R, Southwest Grapevine Commercial Park
• PS14. Remove the mixed-use schedule from this page.
• PS15. Update date in the Pacheco Koch block
• PS16. Label all setbacks
