This letter confirms on May 20, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-32 for the property addressed 807 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 5, Lot 16, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Install two chimney stacks to the house, masonry with chimney caps following the
Grapevine Pattern Book requirements;
as per the attached drawings with the condition that a Permit is obtained from the City of
Grapevine Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ss is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
