• Please label the north and south tower.
Enlarged Site Plan (C -1a)
• Please provide the complete penthouse roof plan which shows all
provider platforms, sleds and designate the north tower as the
recipient of the replacement equipment.
• On sheet C-1 the blackout equipment depicted on the platform
should be depicted in a manner which will be compatible with a
document scanner.
Rooftop Site Plan (C-2)
• Please remove the elevation photos and label the building elevation
as the north tower.
• Please remove the antenna mount photo.
For verification please email a PDF of the final plans to
atriplett(a-)grapevinetexas.gov. Please do not reproduce copies requested
below prior to Planning Staff approval.
Please submit the revised documents to the Department of Development
Services at 200 South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
Two (2) unfolded and unbound blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum
size 22" x 34")

Please review and share the following comments for SP17-02, SP17-03 and SP17-04
SP17-02 Sprint antenna install- no known fire code issues.
SP17-03 T -Mobile antenna- no known fire code issues.
SP17-04 the proposed commercial building of 11,214 sq.ft will require a minimum of life safety systems to include:
1. Firc sprinkler system
2. Fire alarm system
3. Fire department access products will be provided by Knox
4. FDC 5" stortz with 30 degree elbow
5. FDC must be located within 100ft of hydrant
6. Required signage for riser room and FDC
7. Provide building address on the exterior of the building easily viewable from the street.
8.. Fire extinguishers shall be provided and installed per NFPA 10.

Zone "at 25 foot intervals.
10. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm system plans must be submitted for review to an approved 3rd party reviewer. Upon
completion of the review and found acceptable, provide pdf and paper copies of the reviewed documents to the Fire
Department for installation permit. No cost for the permit.

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 7-03 for property located
at 1800 State Highway 26 and platted as Lot 1A, D F W Hilton was approved per the
enclosed site plan on March 9, 2017. Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for
your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use ora special use can only
be approved by city council through the public hearing process.
