SUBJECT: RECONSIDERATION OF AGENDA ITEMS 18, 19, 20, AND 21 FROM
THE CITY COUNCIL'S MAY 19 AGENDA
RECOMMENDATION: Consider City Council Members' request that Agenda Items 18, 19, 20,
and 21 from the City Council's May 19 Agenda be reconsidered (Z25-08,
CU25-50, Preliminary Plat Lots 2-5, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells
Addition, Final Plat Lots 2 and 4, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells Addition).
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: The City Secretary received two Requests for Reconsideration of Agenda
items 18, 19, 20, and 21 from the City Council's May 19 Agenda (Z25-08,
CU25-50, Preliminary Plat Lots 2-5, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells
Addition, Final Plat Lots 2 and 4, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Wells Addition).
Those requests are included in this packet. Pursuant to the City Council's
Rules of Procedure, a majority vote of the City Council is required to
proceed with reconsideration. If that vote is affirmative, then those Agenda
Items may be reconsidered, and they have been posted to this Agenda
accordingly.
