In reference to building permit application for addition to your existing house please provide required
information in response to following comments.
Comments:
Label setback of new addition and existing house from property lines. The house is non conforming for front and
right side setback requirements of zoning ordinance. Addition to non conforming house requires Planning
department's approval. Contact Planning Department at 817-410-3155.
Floor plan and elevations drawings shall match with approved Certificate of Appropriateness Number 15-
24.There is exterior door in Bed room 1 on approved CA 15-24 floor plan, plan submitted for permit does not
show exterior door on floor plan.

Provide dimensional floor plan and elevations drawings to match with approved Certificate of Appropriateness
Number 15-24. Label use of each room on the floor plan.
Provide detail for any demolition and alteration to existing house. If removing any load bearing walls provide
detail for roof supports. Provide span of ceiling joists on first floor ceiling joist layout drawing.Label column size
on the drawing.
Provide electrical drawing for new addition.
Check permit application for energy inspection requirements.
