This letter confirms on June 4, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-34 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Ste 150, legally
described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Building Addition, City of Grapevine
to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Replace two (2) existing wall signs with new 36" x 95" metal sheet with painted
graphics as per the attached drawing;
2. Install maximum 48"x48" projecting blade sign, double sided, dimension to include
the wall bracket;
3. Existing wall bracket and existing gooseneck light fixtures will remain;
as per the attached drawings with the conditions that the projecting sign does not
exceed 48" from the wall surface, including the bracket the existing bracket and
gooseneck light fixtures remain and that a Permit is obtained from the City of
Grapevine Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ('is I/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.

Good afternoon Hugo, sorry for the delayed response, this is what we have:
1. Will the projecting sign get a new bracket? If so, please provide a drawing for the bracket that shows
how it will be fabricated. We Will be using the same bracket, we are doing a reface only so we will adjust
the size of the sign to the with of the current bracket. In the diagram show a bit different but we can
update it for the final approval.
2. Will the projecting sign keep the current gooseneck lights or not have any lights?
Yes, we will keep the current light
3. For the wall signs, will they be the size as in the previous submission, 36' x 95?"
The size of the sign s will be the same of what is currently install. I believe the measurement is 36" x 96"
