The property contains 1.08 acres and has approximately 143 feet of frontage along East Northwest Highway, and approximately 154 feet of frontage along East Wall Street. REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE AND COMMENTS: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow outdoor storage, add parking, and revise building elevations for an existing automotive repair garage. To improve vehicle circulation, the applicant proposes adding a row of 22 parking spaces adjacent to the east property line and creating a semicircular drive at the south end of the site where one does not currently exist. The revised building elevations include a new building material (E.I.F.S.). There are no proposed changes to the existing building footprint. Outdoor vehicle storage for vehicles awaiting repair will be located on the east side of the automotive repair garage and will be screened from the existing residential units to the south across East Wall Street by a 6 foot wooden screening fence. The total required parking is 48 spaces; and 59 spaces are provided.
