described as Block: 3 Lot: 5 & Box Addition, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) Replace existing wood privacy fence surrounding rear yard of property
with a new 6 feet high pressure -treated wood fence with pressure -
treated wood rails mounted on metal posts, with two 3 e gates, one
on the west side and one on the south side of the yard;
,e�s per the attached plan with the condition(s) all metal posts to be boxed in with wood
pickets and a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
A Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
