SUBJECT: RENEWAL FOR PERFORMO ASSET PERFORMANCE AND
MAINTENANCE SOFTWARE
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider approval for the renewal for Performo asset
performance and maintenance software from VLogic/Wizard Software
Solutions for the Facility Services Department.
FUNDING SOURCE: Funds are available in the General Fund (Facilities) in an amount not to
exceed $25,000.
BACKGROUND: The Facility Services work order system (VLogic/Wizard Software
Solutions, Performo) is up for software hosting renewal. This is the system
used by Public Works Facilities team to manage our assets and the
associated work order management system.
Staff recommends approval.
The purchase of Performo software hosting renewal will be made as a
sole source purchase from VLogic/Wizard Software Solutions in
accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 252, Subchapter B,
§252.022. General Exemptions (a)(7)(A). This is an annual renewal.
