Please review and share the following comments for SP17-02, SP17-03 and SP17-04
SP17-02.Sprint antenna install- no known fire code issues.
SP17-03 T -Mobile antenna- no known fire code issues.
SP17-04 the proposed commercial building of.11,214 sq.ft will require a minimum of life safety systerrms to include:
1. Fire sprinkler system
2. Fire alarm system
3. Fire department access products will be provided by Knox
4. FDC 5" stortz with 30 degree elbow
5. FDC must be located within 100ft of hydrant
6. Required signage for riser room and FDC
7. Provide building address on the exterior of the building easily viewable from the street.
8. Fire extinguishers shall be provided and installed per NFPA 10.
9. Fire Larre must be f, inches wide red stripe with 4 inch white letters stating: "Fire Lane, No I>arkin'g, and Tow Away.
Zone "at 25 foot intervals.
10. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm system plans must be submitted for review to an approved 3rd party reviewer. Upon
completion of the review and found acceptable, provide pdf and paper copies of the reviewed documents to the Fire
Department for installation permit. No cost for the permit.

existing).
7. Please label the proposed AW3286 antenna.
For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final plans to

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 7-02 for property located

approved per the enclosed site plan on March 17, 2017. Please find enclosed an approved
site plan set for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid fora period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun
within that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit
is obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
