Please refer to sheet 10 for an elevation of the light pole. The highest proposed finished ground elevation of the light poles is 605.5. The detail on sheet 10 stipulates a light pole height of 22.5' (from finish ground to top of fixture). Therefore, the highest light is at 628.0 (605.5 + 22.5). The finish floor elevation is 605.0 and the highest point on the building is 24' tali. Therefore, the building's max elevation is 629,0 (605.0 +24,0). EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS 1. Please contact Cristin Turner - Civil Engineer at 817.410.3136 regarding platting requirements. The property is currently plotted and no new easements ore proposed. Therefore, we understand platting is not required. 2.
