Founcicition Repair Recommemiarions:
We recommend performing tile followilig III tile approximate locitioils, of the sirticnire as Indicated oil tile limited
repair plan:
Identify the location of current plumbing leak prior to repirrs.
Install 17 total pilings (4 exterior. 13 breakouts) (steel piers).
It is rioted pile quantities may cliange per interior grade beam locations. The purpose of the piling installation is to
support the failed areas and improve elevations in arels of differential settlement if possible. Please see the limited
repair plan for more information. The foundation repairsare to meet or exceed 2021 IRC.
