This letter confirms on June 22, 2026 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA26-44 for the property addressed 846 East Worth Street, legally described
as Block 5, Lot 11, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
1. Replace the existing plastic shutters on the house with new cedar wood "Z" Bar
style shutters; shutters to be stained dark brown;
as per the attached photos.
An approved Certificat Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.41O.-RUS for fees and information regarding permits.
