This letter confirms on June 19, 2026 the Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA26-41 for the property addressed 625 West College Street, legally described
as Lot B & 25.76% of common area, Westchester Place Office Condo, City of Grapevine to
the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install two new tenant signs for Sonia's Place Children and Family Counseling,
PLLC 72" wide x 30" high, non -vinyl Aluminum, in the existing directory sign;
as per the attached plan and drawing with the conditions that a permit is obtained
from the Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
