°Framing: Yqe will raise the garage ceiling not to the roof rafters but close too only
allowing for a mechanical chase in the current garage attic space to allow for
electrical, plumbing and hvac only but having vaulted ceilings in the entire new
master suite.
"Plumbing: we plan to go out to the rear of the home and then to the left down the
side of the home. Ne will cut the driveway going till we can cut accros the front
yard and connect with the plumbing/sewer in the front yard. Ne will also need to
move the water heater to an exterior wall in the new master closet and convert to
tankless.
*Electrical: Vqe will need to move the current Electric panel into the Laundry room
*Mechanical: INe will be replacing the entire HVAG unit and installing unit in Attic
along with all new duct work for remodel and entire home.
