A minimum 30 foot turning radius is required to allow fire department vehicles to maneuver. Revise the plans to provide a minimum 30 foot turning radius throughout the fire lane access route. o Please submit revised plans for further review. • ADDRESSED Cloud and label the location of the proposed building elevations. • ADDRESSED Cloud and label the proposed canopy. • ADDRESSED Label these lines: CU26-13 APRIL 27, 2026 AVONDALE MERCEDES 1280 AND 1300 TEXAN TRAIL PROPOSED TO BE PLATTED AS BLOCK 1, LOTS 1R1 AND 2RA1, PARK PLACE MERCEDES ADDITION CU26-13; 2nd Review 2 Site plan summary data table: • Clarify – What differentiates building footprint and building area? • ADDRESSED Resolve the listed building footprint area for Lot 1R1. According to the changes in lot size, Lot 2RA1 is decreasing by about 34,000 sq.ft. Explain the significant reduction in pervious surface area or revise. • ADDRESSED Double-check the impervous coverage for Lot 1R1 to ensure it is accurate.
