SUBJECT: MID-YEAR APPOINTMENT TO THE BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS
RECOMMENDATION: Consider approval of the mid-year appointment Patrick Daily to the
Building Board of Appeals.
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: During this year's appointments, there were not enough applicants for the
two vacant seats on the Building Board of Appeals. Mr. Daily has
submitted his application to serve on one of the current vacant seats that
will expire in 2028. His application is attached.
Council Member Chris Coy recommends his approval.

Previously with Lowes Home Improvement for 16 years,Also was licensed with the State of Texas as a Licensed
Home Inspector. Currently licensed as a Insurance Agent, and licensed Loan Officer.

Previous knowledge of building material and understanding of reading Building Codes

I'm an active Volunteer with GPD YIPS, 6 Stones, Serving Our Seniors.
I work Event Security at AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field.
