SUBJECT: MID-YEAR APPOINTMENT TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD
RECOMMENDATION: Consider approval of the mid-year appointment of Ryan Hill to the Parks
and Recreation Board to fill an unexpired term.
FUNDING SOURCE: NA
BACKGROUND: Due to the resignation of Kelly McDowell from Place 6 on the Parks and
Recreation Board, there is a vacant seat with a term set to expire in 2027.
Council Member Chris Coy recommends appointing Ryan Hill to serve this
unexpired term.
Mr. Hill's application for appointment is attached.
