SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION: City Council to consider approval of the appointment of Herb Fry as a
regular member to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
FUNDING SOURCE:
BACKGROUND: With the passing of Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Justin Roberts,
there is currently a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission with
a term set to expire in 2027.
Herb Fry currently serves as the 2nd Alternate to the Commission. Council
Member Sharron Rogers recommends making Mr. Fry a regular member
to fill this seat.
The 2nd Alternate seat will remain vacant at this time.
