an item on the agenda either before or during the Committee's consideration of the item,
upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the consent of the Committee. In
accordance with the Texas []pen Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing
ortaking action during Citizen Comments.

Request CU26-21 [Baylor Scott & White Canopy] addressed as 1850 West College
Street, and consideration of same.
B. Site Plan Review Committee toconsider Gpublic hearing relative toConditional Use
Request CU26-22 [DvnaTen Improvements] addressed as 3642 Euless -Grapevine
Road, and consideration ofsame.
