Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the City Secretary. A member of the public may address the Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board’s consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Presiding Officer or upon the consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments. NEW BUSINESS 2. Consider Resolution No. CCPD 2026-02 canvassing the election held on May 2, 2026 declaring passage of a referendum on the continuation of the Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention District for twenty (20) years and the Crime Control and Prevention District sales and use tax should be continued for twenty (20) years, and take any necessary action. 3. Consider the minutes of the March 3, 2026 Crime Control and Prevention District Meeting.
