PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION — SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
II, CITIZEN COMMENTS
Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Committee under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance
Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address the Committee regarding
an item on the agenda either before or during the Committee's consideration of the item,
upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the consent of the Committee. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Committee is restricted in discussing
or taking action during Citizen Comments.
III. NEW BUSINESS
A. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff direction regarding amendments
to Section 24, "CN", Neighborhood Commercial District, Section 27, "PO", Professional
Office District, Section 41, Planned Development Overlay, and any other related
sections of the Zoning Ordinance, and take any necessary action.

The Planning and Zoning Subcommittee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session on
this the 27th day of May 2026 in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room with the
following members present -to -wit:

CALL TO ORDER
1. CITIZEN COMMENTS
No one spoke during citizen comments.
2. Planning and Zoning Commission's — "PO", Professional Office District and "CN",
Neighborhood Commercial District Amendments Subcommittee to hold a
discussion, and provide staff direction regarding amendments to Section 24, "CN",
Neighborhood Commercial District, Section 27, "PO", Professional Office District,

Section 41, Planned Development Overlay, and any other related sections of the
Zoning Ordinance, and take any necessary action.
Adjournment: 2:27 p.m.
Meeting was adjourned.
