This letter confirms on April 11, 2017 Historic Preservation staff ap ved
with conditions #CA17-49 for the property addressed 914-916 East Wall Street,
legally known as Block: 3 Lot: 2, D. E. Box Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) To install a six foot high wood fence down west property line and facing
Wall Street;
2) Box in with wood all metal posts;
3) Pickets to be 6' high x 5" wide, pine wood, not stained, same as picture
attached with exception of metal posts will be boxed in;
as per the attached drawing and photo with the condition a permit is obtained from
the Building Department.
