described as Block 2, Lot 7, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Replace front door with a 4 lite, 4 panel wood door;
2. Replace back door with a 9 lite, Crossbuck-style wood door;
as per attached specifications with the condition a permit is obtained from
the Bung Department.
