A. Approved Certificate of Appropriateness as follows:
#CA17-23 for property located at 924 East Worth Street;
#CA17-24 for property located at 318 East Worth Street;
#CA17-29 for property located at 411 South Main Street;
#CA17-30 for property located at 821 East Worth Street;
#CA17-31 for property located at 721 West College Street;
#CA17-33 for property located at 622 East Wall Street;
#CA17-35 for property located at 713 South Main Street;
#CA17-36 for property located at 713 South Main Street.
IV. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to an application for a Historic Landmark
Overlay #HL17-01 for property located at 523 East Texas Street, legally described as
Block 104, Lot 6, College Heights addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary
action.
B. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
#CA17-12 for demolition of existing structure and construction of new house for property
located at 523 East Texas Street, legally described as Block 104, Lot 6, College Heights
addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action.
C. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
#CA17-25 for property located at 607 South Dooley Street, legally described as Block 1,
Lot 1 Dooley Estates Addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action.
D. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
#CA17-26 for property located at 317 East Franklin Street, legally described as Block
33, Lot 10, Yates & Jenkins Addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action.
E. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
#CA17-27 for property located at 640 East Northwest Highway Street, legally described
as Block 1, Lot 1 Adams Addition, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action.
F. Commission to hold a public hearing relative to a Certificate of Appropriateness
#CA17-28 for property located at 319 East College Street, legally described as Block 29,
Lot 2, Original Town of Grapevine, City of Grapevine and take any necessary action.
V. MINUTES
A. Commission to consider the minutes of the February 22, 2017 Regular Meeting and
February 25, 2017 Historic Preservation Commissioner Training Session.
