REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS:
1. A separate permit and 2 sets of drawings are required for each sien. For wall signs a separate permit application and
plans may be submitted for each elevation.
2. Pole or ground signs require a site plan drawn to scale showing location of the sign. Show dimensions and distances to
property lines. Pole sign structural drawings must be sealed by a State of Texas Registered Professional Engineer.
Monument and Ground sign applications must include footing detail.
3. Detailed,dimensioned plans of sign showing graphics.
4. Dimensioned building elevation showing sign or signs on building. Show dimensions of height & width of tenant space
and or building.
5. Plan Review Fee,65%of the permit fee is required when permit application is submitted. Balance due upon approval.

I have a sign permit application that I am reviewing for the above address.The signs is shown to be a reface of a sign
that was never approved, maybe never put in place. Would you please confirm if this is a reface of an existing sign. We
may be able to close out the existing permit if these are one and the same sign.
Your permit copy does not match the sign dimension that we show may be existing so we would need to clear this up
and check to see if the existing sign you are intending to reface is in a legal location and setbacks and heights etc. are
approvable.
Please provide a site plan for the sign,the full height above grade for the sign and graphics that dimensionally match the
sign that is in place.
