Nationstar Mortgage has rented Austin Ranch for an exclusive corporate event on Friday, May 5, 2017
11:00am — 3:00pm. Austin Ranch is allowing ACCESS Texas/Taylors Rental to set a tent on their lawn for
overflow seating. The tent will be set up on Thursday, May 4t" and removed on Friday, May St" at the
conclusion of the event at 3:00 pm.
A DJ with speakers will be placed outside on the lawn, food & non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Speakers will be set up facing Austin Ranch, not neighboring residents.
ACCESS Texas is not providing and not responsible for food & beverage.
Enclosed is Taylors site plan showing location of tent on the lawn. There are no sidewalls included,
every tent is open air. Site map has been submitted to Building Inspection Department from John Jacob
at Taylors Rental for approval. No additional fencing is being added to the property.

Where are they going to park 3500 people? The MS Bike race is in town that day which is utilizing many of our officers.
We will not be able to provide any type of traffic direction for this event.
